🎫 Do special events sell out?
Yes! Due to limited seating and unique experiences, our special events often sell out weeks in advance. Early booking is strongly recommended.

🍷 Can I buy alcohol on board?
Yes, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. For Wine Train and Oktoberfest, tastings are included in the ticket price.

👶 Are children allowed on special events?
While children are welcome, please note that these events are designed for adults. The Fall Colors Explorer is family-friendly; Wine Train and Oktoberfest are recommended for ages 21+.

♿ Is the train accessible for mobility devices?
Yes, our coach class cars are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure accommodations.

🌧️ What happens in bad weather?
All events run rain or shine. Our railcars are enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort.
