Directions

Alamosa Train Depot - Weather

For Tickets Call: 877-726-RAIL
Hours: 8am - 5pm
/ After Memorial Day: 7am - 7pm

Alamosa and the San Luis Valley are located in south-central Colorado, about 200 miles south of Denver, 220 miles north of Albuquerque, and 90 miles west of Pueblo.

Directions from Denver/Colorado Springs/Pueblo

  1. take Exit 52 off of I-25 at Walsenburg
  2. Take HWY 160 for 72 miles, heading west
  3. Once in Alamosa City Limits, go over the bridge and take a right on Main St.
  4. Take a left on State. St.
  5. Once at the intersection of State and 6th, take another left, then an immediate right into the depot parking lot.

La Veta Train Depot - Weather

To get to the La Veta train depot

  1. take Exit 52 off of I-25 at Walsenburg
  2. Take HWY 160 for 11 miles, heading west
  3. Turn left onto HWY 12 for five miles
  4. Slow down for the city limits, cross the train tracks and the pale yellow depot will be on your right.
